1. an intake by telephone to find out what your question is. We see if there is a ‘match’: trust in your coach is the key.
2. a proposal for a coaching program tailored to you, with specific results.
3. an in-depth introductory session familiarises you with aspects of your profile you may not be aware of, and how you can develop yourself through the coach approach.
4. a series of 10 sessions, about 1.5 hours long. We analyse and explore, using suitable tools and exercises. The coach encourages you to make your own choices.
5. time in between sessions with your coach, for questions by telephone or email, to fine tune actions and reflect on your progress.
6. precise mini-assignments, a log, measuring results over time, and background reading, to support the coaching process.
7. a follow-up session which you can book up to 8 months later. The coach checks in with you and moves your awareness of what is now on to the next level.
At this point, you may opt for further coaching, on a retainer (more infrequent) basis.
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
24/7 -- You can reserve and change coaching times to suit your schedule flexibly, with 24 hours notice. We coach during the day, on evenings and weekends to suit your need.
Spread -- Sessions can be spread over a maxium of 13 months, allowing time for holidays and sabbaticals.
Global accessibility -- You can enjoy coaching face-to-face at one of our beautiful coaching spaces, or at a location of your choice, or by telephone, via Skype, email, and chat.
Cost control -- We are happy to travel to meet you face to face. Clients find our coaching methods save time and costs, however, by opting to work online, via Skype (video or not), telephone, chat and email. Reducations, subscription rates or a retainer fee may be negotiated.
Medium matches need -- Our methods are equally effective on different media, and our coaches are trained to take the specifics of various forms of interaction into account.

You purchase 10 sessions for an 'all-in rate' to be held over 13 months. This includes an 30 minute intake, a personal profile test, an in-depth introductory session, hand outs and worksheets, learning logs, coach reports and background reading. Naturally, rates also include the coach's time, communication and travel costs for the entire period.

Rates: Coaching for individuals, teams (up to 3 people), in-company and other specialised programs have variable rates depending on complexity and need. 10-session programs for individuals start at 4800 Euros (0% VAT). Rates are published at the discretion of Trust Your Potential and may change without notice. All fees are to be paid in advance, by international bank transfer.
