FIRO-B® gives you an in-depth reflection on your capacity for control, inclusion and openness in the context of key work relationships (team and individual communication styles). This enables you to create more efficient, trusting, and beneficial relationships. FIRO-B points out which of your reactions may be problematic and what works better in groups.
Change One Thing is an internationally recognised Marshall Goldsmith coaching method, considered essential when assessing leadership in the top levels of organisation. In our executive coaching program, you can opt for an extra independent assessment of your leadership preferences, drivers and behaviours. Hogan reports are accurate and personal, marking detailed leadership qualities and risks to be aware of when you start with coaching.
Hogan is a rigorous, top notch scientific database measuring 11 personality scales and 33 sub-scales to mark shortcomings, strengths, and risks as a leader. Your data is correlated to thousands of leaders of similar rank and experience, worldwide.
What really motivates you to succeed? On what type of position, job, and environment you would be the most productive? Find out now by taking the Hogan Leadership Assessment.
Price: 1395 Euros.
This diagnostic includes the full suite of Hogan surveys, which gives you 3 reports (HPI, HDS, MVPI), and a 1.5-hour virtual debrief with your certified Lifetree coach. Your 3 reports are:
2) Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describing the dark side of personality – how we behave in times of increased strain, which can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail success. Using this you can mitigate performance risks on time.
3) Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describing personality from the inside – core goals, values, drivers, and interests, what we desire and strive to attain.
We integrate the Hogan results in a carefully prepared dialogue to targets how best to mitigate your leadership risks and optimise performance.
What’s the feedback from my peers, direct reports and bosses on my profile? How do I compare to others in my context with leaders worldwide?
Price: 1245 Euros.
Using robust, independent data on key dimensions, the MRG Leadership Effectiveness AnalysisTM gives you an expansive view of current and emerging leadership impact, as well as putting your profile in a wider organisational context. LEATM is accurate and offers encouraging, actionable insights for your performance and for team growth.
This diagnostic assesses 360 feedback (completed online), giving you 2 reports and a 1.5-hour debrief with a licensed coach via videoconference. It gathers data from your own perspective as well as your bosses, peers, and direct reports. In the debrief, your coach explores the key challenges set out in the reports, and you frame coaching goals to lead more effectively, to build a legacy, and to meet expectations in your business context for your leadership.
A scientifically sophisticated tool measuring 22 leadership behaviours across 6 core functions, LEA™ is a cornerstone of leadership programs in many global companies and international business schools. Please note: for this assessment to be useful, it requires timely participation from key stakeholders in your organisation to fill in their online surveys.
Executive coaching supports you to apply specific changes to enhance fundamental leadership impact. Awareness of how you interact and communicate in groups says a lot about your influence — and the results of your team. Leaders ask us: Why can I not get along with some ‘types’ of people or handle certain dynamics team? What can I do to understand my team’s communication and learning styles better? Am I giving mixed messages to my stakeholders? Who works well with me? When should I watch my reaction more?
How best can I collaborate and interact with my teams? FIRO-B® Test or Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour Test™ predicts how you and your team will work together.
Price: 857 Euros
FIRO-B® shows you how to create more efficient, trusting, and beneficial relationships. Developed in 1958 by William Shutz, FIRO-B scores how comfortable you are with 3 types of interaction: (1) Inclusion (2) Control and (3) Affection.
The profile points out what combinations of reactions are problematic and what can work better. This test is often used alongside more in-depth assessments like Hogan or MRG LEA™, for more detailed personality profiles and leadership in a wider organisational / global context. This diagnostic includes a personal report and a 1.5 hour debrief with a licensed coach. The test is completed in online.
