The Lifetree Coaching Model is shown above and has three stages. The first is assessment. This takes place after the coaching contract is agreed, and establishes the frame for the work, including contracting with bosses and HR as needed. 

The second stage is the Coaching work itself: called ‘sessions’ in the graphic. This is the heart of the work, where the ‘coaching alliance’ is built in partnership enabling learning growth and change.

The final stage, wrap-up, is paying attention to the end. Agreeing next steps to embed learning and change and reflect on progress made.

Virtual coaching

Virtual coaching gives you easy access to a top notch, dedicated executive coach, who works around your busy schedule and gives you support even when you’re traveling across time zones. Book sessions flexibly, from 30 minutes – 1.5 hours per session. Change times/dates with 48 hours email notice. Enjoy free email follow up with your coach in between sessions. Total package 12 hours, valid for 13 months. Terms & conditions apply.

Virtual coaching gives you easy access to a top notch, dedicated executive coach who adapts to your busy schedule and across time zones. Use 12 hours flexibly, in 30 minute – 1.5 hour slots as needed. Videoconferencing using secure software, a space to be seen and heard, to share documents, and even record sessions.

Program kick off: The first session is always an in-depth session of 1.5 hours so the coach understands your vision, goals and challenges in detail. By honestly indicating what they see, the coach helps get clear on the future you aim to create yourself, yours teams and the organisation. We ask commitment to your leadership development. Level of commitment equals results.

Subsequent sessions: In each subsequent session, your coach asks you to share what is going on at work, and formulate key questions to focus on. The coach points out aspects you might be missing that stop you from achieving goals. We introduce innovative tools to work with stuck patterns and integrate feedback. Between sessions, you track practices and reflections, review regularly with your coach, peers and boss(es) and review at the end on the changes you have made.

  • Our aim is always to help you clarify your own questions and find solutions for yourself.
  • We explore via dialogue, moving to actionable next steps.
  • You are responsible for driving sessions with your own questions and for doing your ‘homework’ in between.

  • If you like, we can mentor from our own long experience in business and leadership at the end of a session.

On-site coaching

€5,350.00

Most of our executive clients prefer to work intensively with their coach in face-to-face sessions. On-site coaching gives you priority to meet your selected executive coach at your offices or a nearby location. This program option offers intensive (1.5 hour minimum) sessions focused on breakthrough results per session: you move from initial leadership goal to measured actions and get feedback on the spot. Sessions are minimum 1.5 hours –  maximum 4 hours. 

This on-site coaching program means a top notch executive coach meets you regularly at your offices or convenient off-site location. Go for breakthrough results by taking enough time in a session to move from goal to action plan, applying new and different tools to work through your burning questions. 

Program kick off: The first face-to-face session is 2 hours long. Most clients opt for an independent diagnostic assessment report and debrief session prior to the kick off, to get a clear frame for their coaching program. Whether or not you have done this, your coach uses the kick off to get to know your vision, goals and challenges in detail. By honestly indicating what they see, and asking about the leadership culture in which you operate, your coach helps you get clear on what future your wish to create for your teams and wider organisation. We ask your commitment to make significant steps in your leadership development. Level of commitment equals results.

Subsequent sessions: In each subsequent session, your coach asks you to share what is going on for you, and to formulate a main question to focus on at the start. The coach then helps evolve your thinking and communication by getting you ‘out of the comfort zone’, using hands on methods and input that works with key behaviors. Between sessions, you log your own notes and the coach also tracks changes, you ask feedback from your peers and your bosses via a regular review and you measure the changes you made so you get the impact you want.

To support your journey, our 20-20 coaching gives you a dedicated top notch executive coach to walk with you so you get totally clear on your vision, master new behaviours, and anchor them in daily practice. The package is 20 hours over 20 months at reduced virtual coaching rates. Book flexibly: 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes per session, as needed. A preferred option for many executives with busy schedules but who nonetheless must keep on top of a longer-term change process, prepare for a major promotion or build their legacy for successors to take over their role in the organisation in future.

20-20 coaching gives you 20 hours you can use flexibly over 20 months at reduced virtual coaching rates. This is a popular option for many executives because they get more time for less cost. Take time to really clean up patterns and anchor your growth through consistent coaching on key aspects of leadership. A single, intensive 1.5-hour session to tackle that one burning issue you can’t seem to crack any other way. Breakthrough results. Video coaching online only. No follow up required.

This is a single, 1.5-hour “deep dive” coaching session with your preferred coach, which takes place via a private Zoom Room for videoconferencing online. Your coach will work with intense concentration and push you to reframe your thinking on your situation, to try something completely different, and to commit to the desired change you are seeking by demonstrating the difference in the session. This approach is only for those who are ready to go for it: you will get breakthrough results. Action planning at the end ensures you have a clear structure in mind to continue on your path, and immediate follow through actions for when you go back to work. No follow up required.
